Industry of Plastics 2003

At an exhibition "Industry of Plastic 2003" “Rotoplast” presented production - the polymeric products made by a method of rotational formation.

This method of processing of polymers exists in Europe already for a long time, but in Russia it exists only 6-7 years and Rotoplast was the pioneer in this branch. Rotational molding is unique, despite seeming simplicity, method, allowing making of large-sized products. Its advantages consist that products turn out without connecting seams, integral, that completely prevents internal tensions and allows a product to maintain the big loadings.

It is achieved due to a uniform flow of the fused polymer of walls of the mold, during rotation. The Russian market of rotomolding is free, as very few companies are working in this branch. We emphasized at the exhibition on the equipment for rotomolding, which only manufacturer in territory of the Russian Federation we are. Due to this, we contribute to development of the domestic market of rotomolding, as machines of a domestic production much more cheaply and are more accessible than foreign analogues. By results of an exhibition it is possible to declare safely that more and more people are interested in this progressing branch of the industry of plastic.
